My family is building and leaving me behind. Not sure why they want to leave my 9ft ceilings or 42in cabinets, fresh paint, new carpet and tile, tons of storage space and a huge basement. My 3-car garage has always kept their cars dry and safe. Maybe a nice family with kids can help fill my 4 bedrooms. There's 3 bathrooms too so the kids won't fight while getting ready! I can fit lots of friends in my yard, my concrete patio is stamped and ready for a party. I hope my new family has a dog to run around in my fenced back yard. It's tough being a single family home, not knowing what my future holds. I have so much to offer a new family...from huge closets to auto lights in the rooms, (because you know kids never turn off lights) a wood fireplace, bay windows and a huge loft with 14ft vaulted ceilings and built-ins! I'm the ultimate family home in the best subdivision around, with lakes for fishing, a pool and creek access! Think we'd be a good match? Have your people call my people!
